Executive Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events
Draft and respond to emails, messages, and business correspondence
Organize and prepare for meetings, including setting the agenda, contacting participants, gathering documents and taking minutes
Relay communication from the CEO to team members
Manage the CEO's classes, students, and parent communication
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Tech & Automation Tasks
Create and maintain automated workflows
Build internal tools/scripts to streamline recurring tasks
Assist with CRM/database management, integrations, and reporting
Research and implement AI-powered tools to improve internal efficiency
Project & Systems Management
Help structure and manage projects using diverse AI tools
Optimize documentation and task tracking systems
Identify bottlenecks in business operations and propose digital solutionsA naturally detailed oriented individual who embodies structure and efficiency
Basic to intermediate coding experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar)
Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, Notion, etc.)
Familiarity with productivity/AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, [protected info], Notion AI, etc.)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong English proficiency
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required (especially if experience is strong)Cross-cultural, dynamic, and fun working environment to learn, do and grow.
