1/Job Description
1. Manage and be responsible for all engineering activities of the factory.
2. Ensure the smooth machine operations to meet machinery capability for production and the facility.
3. Be responsible for continuous machinery improvement activities in the factory.
4. Drive a proactive maintenance culture, ensuring preventative and predictive maintenance programs are continuously improved, developed and completed as per equipment provider requirements to optimize machine utilization.
5. Develop and evolve the engineering structure to ensure that ongoing and future development costs are minimized.
6. Ensure health and safety policies are complied with company policy.
7. Coach, train, develop and motivate team members to optimize overall business performance with company policy.
8. Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.
9. Work with various functions/parties within the organization to provide continuous improvement, technical expertise and solutions for production demand.
