The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities;

Business Development

• Proactively explore new business opportunities through networking, social media, joining exhibitions and conference, as well as through market research
• Arrange client meeting to understand customer needs and to present our products and services Customer Account Management
• Proactively keep track of customers’ needs and satisfaction level to encourage existing customers to continue using our products/ services, and issue renewal contracts.
• Identify and capture additional needs from existing customers to up-sell / cross-sell more products and services.
  
  
  

Managing Sales Process;

• Ensure full set of signed contract and customers’ company profile are passed over to operation team for scheduling products/service delivery as soon as possible.
  
  
  

Requirements;

• University Degree level or equivalent education
• 2 years of relevant work experience in sales and business development
• Energetic with an “Hungry for Sales” attitude, be result and KPI driven
• Enjoy achieving and over-achieving targets
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of ISO Standards will be advantageous
• Working experience and knowledge of the ICT Sector will be advantageous
• Commercial understanding of the compliance industry, minimum 2 years quality system management work experience is preferred.
