WORLDCRAFT LOGISTICS

a. Warehouse Duties (70%)
Assist all warehouse inventory requirements.
Manage inventory IN & OUT for Motorcycle, Parts & Accessories, Merchandise in the warehouse. Dispatch the shipment and send to other locations as confirmed by related departments.
Prepare necessary labels & tags for Motorcycles, Parts & Accessories, Merchandise products.
Receiving the parts & accessories, merchandise of 04 brands Harley-Davidson, Triumph, KTM & Husqvarna, checking the product label/tag details, if information incorrect, notify teams for modification.
Track and support documents when shipments arrive and manage Inventory reports.
Input and update inventory on NAV system.
Weekly count and inspect the stock and report if there are any losses or damages.
Follow safety requirements by local laws or the company, suggest and request Line Manager for any problems that may arise at warehouse.
b. Logistics duties (30%)
Oversee bike warehouse of company, in actual and in system.
Deliver the actual received P&A, merchandise/ Fox racing products to each brand and transfer in software system.
Update inventory control system.
Coordinate with Managers of other departments (P&A, Merchandise, Motorcycles) smoothly.
Be responsible for all related documents, procedures, and process in receiving bike shipment on time, efficiently.
Collaborate with team to work with Vietnam Register for bike documents, bike testing at Vietnam Register and getting the bike testing result from VR authority when required.
Receive the bike docs at Vietnam Register and send to HCM/ DN for monthly bike VAT invoice issuance.
Support Logistics team to work with truckers, forwarders, and transportation services when in need.
Other tasks if required by Line Manager.College / University degree, minimum 02-03 years of working experience in logistics and warehouse, knowledge of NAV systems is preferable.
Be good at MS Office, English, math and analytical skills.
Ability to use software related to warehouse control.
Knowledge and experience with servicing of products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn.
Knowledge of motorcycle front end, suspension, and engine components and the commitment to continually develop knowledge.
Be willing to work overtime to complete reports based on deadlines.
Must have ability to get along with a broad customer base.
