Job Description
- Set up a monthly budget target for ongoing facility purchase
- Collaborate closely with warehouse team frequently to validate demand for new facilities and ensure that warehouse meets budget target
- Design a launching plan for a new warehouse that fits business demand
- Work with Procurement team to conduct thorough assessments for the best vendors for new warehouse and facilities
- Optimize cost spent in purchasing new facilities and infrastructure
- Monitor warehouse capacity overtime to prepare for the next expansion
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business, supply chain, procurement, admin
- Ability to travel across the country to set up new warehouses and facilities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, good at team work
- Have great attention to details, well-organized
- Being fluent in English and having an international mindset is a plus
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) to daily job
- Can be a quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
- Passion for quality and continuous improvement
