Collecting request from CS
Processing booking with FWD/ Carrier to get booking meet up with Cargo ready date from production team
Coordinating with production team to catch up loading plan
Arranging container/shipment pick up and drop off plan.
Checking Custom form and process Wood Checklist
Preparing and checking CO form from Agent.
Following up export shipment.
Making invoice and other relevant document for exporting
Submitting shipping docs to Client for process payment
Working closely with CS and Production team to forecast loading plan
Coordinating with Accountant to process payment
Processing booking air shipment
Coordinate with teams to collect docs, paperwork for customs audit 5 years (2017-2021)
Other ad-hoc task assigned by direct supervisor.
