We’re looking for a Platform Sales Lead to join our Vietnam Marketplace team, to build up our sales team, systems, and processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Validate product-market fit and define Go-To-Market strategy by setting up sales systems and processes to ensure predictable revenue
Manage sales and adjacent operations with finance and customer service so that customers have a top-notch experience
Manage the Marketplace sales team, including developing and grooming team members to increase their productivity and performance
Plan & execute for long-term sales and team expansion

Who We Are Looking For
Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales, Business Development, or any similar roles.
Experience taking a pre-sales product to the Vietnam market is highly preferred
Great communication skills, comfortable communicating in English with the regional team
Experience managing a team of 2-10 salespeople
Experience setting up repeatable systems and processes from scratch
Embraces competition and investment into sales training
