Job Summary: Driving service performance thru analyze data & develop specified service model on scope of nationwide in order to contribute business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Service management
- Develop and design scope of work of repair & maintenance with agency in order to standardize MEM Operations process nationwide including: working process of R&M, spare parts management process
- Coordinate with MEM locations & Agency in order to deliver service on market
- Analyze data, identify serive issues on market to drive service performance and efficiency nationwide, propose solutions to improve
- Follow up enhance repair & maintenance system in order to simplifier & efficiency
- Working as technical expertise & capture new technical solution in local & in oversea to improve & apply to MEM locations & Agency
- Build up AOP OPEX on time in full & cascade to all locations as AOP time
- Contract management
- Working with procurement team to enhance & develop scope of repair & maintenance contract
- Make a purchasing centralized plan of service items in principle contract & deploy landing for locations
- Cascade repair & maintenance contract & purchasing centralized plan to all MEM locations as AOP time
- Keep tracking OPEX budget phasing & finding I&O to improve efficiency budget
- Evaluating existing agency & searching new agency with procurement team in market
- Customer insight
- Coordinating CD team, CS team to capture business requirement & deployment
- Implement technical training for key customers (Chain stores, Key account, …) & service agency
- Continuously field visit & interact with sales team to learn & update customer insight & market movement to develop efficiency service model for company.
- University graduation in engineering major
- At least 2 years experiences on service home appliances & supervisor
- Analytical, systematically, problem solving skills
- Possess high compliance standards, detail-oriented, good at process guideline
- Good communication/ interpersonal skills to communicate effectively
- English skill for reading / writing at daily work
- Good office skills
