Mô Tả Công Việc
- Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and manage a strategic business development plan to promote growth and expansion of ZIM Logistics Vietnam's services, which include air, ocean, trucking, warehousing,
Customs clearance and project logistics.
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture high-level relationships with key clients and industry partners. Develop robust client acquisition and retention strategies to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct extensive market research to identify potential business opportunities. This includes understanding the logistics market, competitors, and trends within the freight forwarding industry.
- Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate contracts and close agreements with potential partners or customers, driving profitable and sustainable growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams (like Operations, Customer Service, and Finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and address any customer issues promptly.
- Product Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and enhance service offerings based on market demands and customer feedback.
- Leadership: Potentially train and lead a business development professionals.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on business development performance metrics. Present regular performance and progress updates to senior management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA would be a plus.
- More than 5 years working experience as a Sales Manager, preferably with an international logistics or freight forwarding company.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team would be a plus.
- Extensive understanding of logistics operations, including air, ocean, trucking, and warehousing services.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using business intelligence tools for market analysis.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, internal stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is necessary.
