Mô tả công việc
- Review, collect payment documents, and follow up on the payment process
- Issue invoices, and monitor accounts receivable
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks using accounting software, including data input record day-to-day bank transactions
- Maintain business trip documentation and records
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (such as VAT, FCT...).
- Participate in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Assist with audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by the line manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (familiar with SAP system is a plus)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of accounting and finance
- Good reading & writing skills in English
