•Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
• Devise and review specifications for products or processes
• Establish SOPs for Quality and preparatory processes to get the right-first-time quality for each process.
• Set requirements for raw materials or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
• Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
• Manage & Coordinate with the Team of QCs, including the implementation of New Quality related systems and procedures.
• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
• Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
• Approve the right products or reject defectives
• Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
• Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
• Investigate and record customer complaints regarding product performance, specifications, and reliability.
• Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
• Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
• Review, Improve & Analyze the existing team members’ performance reports.
• Implement quality training programs for key quality & manufacturing personnel and partners
• Develop MIS for quality measurement and recording quality.
• Conduct & participate in monthly Quality summary meetings & grievance meetings.
