Mô Tả Công Việc

** Position Statement:

Workspace Customer Solutions is responsible for the complete sales cycle (identifying new business, developing new business opportunities diversifying the revenue streams.) with an aim to maximizing revenue, profit and customer satisfaction by developing deep relationships with key people in the supplier organization, partners and end customers.

You will be responsible for developing and generating new business, growing, maintaining and developing existing business and relationships in the Workspace market capitalizing on both consultative and transactional sales opportunities.

As Workspace Customer Solutions you will demonstrate leadership qualities in the supervision, development and growth of the Workspace business supporting revenue diversification and the introduction of new additional service offerings.

** KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Business Development
• Drive the client relationship and business development activities of the company.
• Participate in client-facing meetings and business development efforts including cross-selling opportunities across all Crown businesses.
• Assist in formulating and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in management of sales plans, contact lists and project databases.
• Develop and build long-term professional customer relationships with existing, new and potential clients, leveraging Crown group network
• Develop and deliver high quality proposal documents and presentations, in line with Company standards.
• Generate leads by market research, identify and secure meetings with prospective client decision makers and company directors.
• Keep up to date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences (live or virtual) and provide feedback on market developments.
• Work closely with Crown marketing team to strengthen and further develop brand equity in target markets.
• Track and record activity on accounts.

* Project Management
• Drive and lead project management methodology to ensure a full handover of Workspace projects.
• Develop a critical path for each project, highlighting key project priorities, key dates, resources requirements and deliverables and to maintain such control documentation on an ongoing basis.
• Managing subcontractors and vendors, including planning, implementing, monitoring and controlling project management processes.
• Drive & implement sustainable solutions with a focus on circular economy.

* Team Leadership
• Lead effectively by providing training, guidance and advice in line with the company core values
• Assist the Workspace and Residential Sales Manager and team to achieve profitable results by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and service knowledge development
• Conduct 6-monthly formal performance reviews and regular informal performance discussions with the Workspace and Residential Sales Manager to ensure staff are performing to the best of their ability, and if not, assisting with the resolution of any issues
• Make recommendations regarding efficiencies, new tools and equipment, documentation, templates etc.

* Customer Service
• Act as an initial point of contact for Workspace and Residential Sales enquiries into the branch
• Act as an escalation point for complaints or disputes from internal and external customers
• Ensure the quality in the delivery of services remains high and Crown’s KPI’s are met

* Administration
• Assist in management and monitoring of branch Business Plan as it relates to
• Ensure the Interact database and all related data is entered and maintained to a high standard

* Other
• Demonstrate and promote the company vision and values.

** Professional Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or equivalent.
• Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness.

** Qualifications:
• English speaking fluently
• Have network with Office Building Managements and Customers.
• Bachelor or Diploma degree in the construction-related field or Business/Management.
• 5+ years of experience in construction management or related project management background.
• Strong organization and coordination skills with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Self-motivated and able to work under high pressure and constraint time, committed and process oriented
