Mô tả Công việc
- Maintenance POS Software.
- Setup & install POS system for new shop/store.
- Trouble shooting & supporting end user regarding to software issues.
- Setting up Promotion campaign on POS system as requirement.
- Supporting end user regarding to promotion issues.
- Prepare documentation & training to end user.
- Co-ordinate and support for IT requisition from other Departments.
- The tasks assigned by the supervisor/ manager.
- Experience with SQL query.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum College degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support/implementation.
- Experienced in IT Retail Support is a plus.
- Pro-active, adaptive and good follow-through.
