As we reposition our offerings and scale into a new growth chapter, we're seeking a hands-on, full-stack Growth Marketing Lead to lead the charge.
This is not a corporate role - it's a strategic and execution-heavy opportunity for someone who can build pipeline and brand simultaneously, with agility, AI, and deep B2B marketing craft.
As Growth Marketing Lead, you will be the end-to-end marketing owner. You'll translate our strong customer satisfaction and unique service DNA into qualified leads, engaged audiences, and measurable brand growth.
You won't inherit a big team or legacy processes. You'll build - strategy, execution, and systems - to drive demand and support sales.
This role is ideal for someone with 4 - 6 years of B2B marketing experience who thrives in lean environments and loves owning outcomes.
What You'll Own
1. Demand Generation
- Plan and execute always-on and campaign-based marketing to fill the sales funnel
- Manage Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and relevant ad channels for performance
- Design landing pages and lead magnets that convert
2. Content & SEO
- Develop content strategy (case studies, blogs, thought leadership) to support organic acquisition
- Manage freelancers or write/edit key pieces directly
3. Email Marketing & CRM
- Design lead nurturing workflows and automations using Hubspot
- Maintain clean CRM data and build dashboards for insight & performance
4. Social & PR
- Build brand presence through consistent, brand-aligned social content
- Create press angles and pitch to relevant media partners
5. Events & Partnerships
- Own flagship and niche events that bring in SQLs (in-person and virtual)
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to turn event attendees into leads
6. AI & Automation
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Descript) to accelerate content, research, and workflows
7. Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with CEO, Sales, and our Marketing Advisor (ex-CEO) to align marketing with growth
- Manage freelancers/agencies when needed, with a bias for hands-on execution
What Success Looks Like
- Qualified leads generated (MQL → SQL)
- Strong CPL, CAC, and campaign ROI
- Clear attribution from content/email/events to pipeline
- CRM is clean, insightful, and drives action
- Organic traffic and engagement improve quarter by quarter
- Dreamplex brand becomes known among HR, Admin, and startup/SME leaders in VietnamWhat You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing or growth roles with demonstrable lead generation & pipeline ownership
- Track record in PR/media, events, content, SEO, and campaign execution
- Confident with Hubspot or similar CRM, email automation, dashboards, and segmentation
- Hands-on and proactive - thrives in small teams and early-stage environments
- Familiar with AI tools for marketing ops, content, and performance
- Comfortable switching between strategic planning and rolling up sleeves to execute
