RESPONSIBILITIES
● Recruitment
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process to ensure a timely, organized and comprehensive hiring process.
- Provide advice and assistance to the manager on staff recruitment
- Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions
- Schedule and organize interviews
- Conduct reference checks on potential candidates if necessary
- Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment
- Inform unsuccessful applicants
- Conduct exit interviews
● HR Database
- Draft local and international faculty data updates and draft and make file/master file updates as requested
● Professional Development Follow up, record and recommend training activities for staff
- Recommend appropriate professional development for staff
- Prepare the training reports and compare with approved budget
- Follow up and record the approved professional development
● Performance management
- Monitor daily attendance of school staff
- Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services
- Inform affected staff or residents of unexpected absences from work and coordinate actions ensuring the continuity of service such as cancellation of events and locating keys or other accesses
- Follow up performance management schedule with related departments to meet planned deadlines
- Provide basic guidance to staff who have performance related obstacles or connect them with internal mentors for support
● International faculty
Follow procedures related to administrative affairs of international faculty in line with school policies including:
- Apply for entry visa, work permit (WP), renewal/extension of visa, residence card and other paperwork on behalf of international faculty
- Assist international faculty in preparing necessary documents for shipping clearance
- Prepare an approved insurance list and liaise with the insurance broker to issue an insurance card
- Assist international faculty to open bank accounts and process other registrations as needed
- Assist departing staff to obtain police clearance records (PCR)
- Coordinate with leadership regarding their lease or termination of lease and manage all related communications to keep the team informed
Implement other tasks including but not limited to:
- Organize staff events: team building, CPD, End of Year party
- Book and manage the annual health check for local staff

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources management or business administration.
● At least 4-years experience in the human resources field
● Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of staff and organization records; to work well with all levels of staff.
● Knowledgeable in labor law and relevant legal documents.
● Past experience in international school is preferable.
● Strong interpersonal, communicational, time management skills.
● Flexible and agile working style suitable for a greenfield school operations.
● Strong drive for organizational improvements.
● Team oriented and spirited.
● Fluent in written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources management or business administration.
