What's The Gig?

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, document requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans.
Create detailed project timelines, set expectations, and communicate milestones to clients.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects progress smoothly and meet deadlines.
Assign tasks to team members and track progress to ensure timely completion.
Identify potential project risks and proactively address them with solutions.
Manage scope changes, ensuring transparency with clients regarding additional requirements and associated costs.
Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with the sales team to support closing new deals by providing technical and project feasibility insights.
Ensure that final deliverables align with client expectations and business goals.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on website development using Shopify and WordPress.
Customer-Facing Experience: Strong ability to build relationships and manage client expectations effectively.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Shopify, WordPress, web development processes, and eCommerce platforms.
Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or monday.com
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
Prior experience working in an agency or freelance setting managing multiple client projects.
Certification: PMP certification is not required, but candidates must show a demonstrated ability to build kick ass Shopify stores and Wordpress sites.
