Mô tả Công việc
- Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
- Support to CEO for building up brand strategies, developing business plan for Vietnam market.
- Research and understand the market, industry, and competitors to shape the brand positioning and identify differentiating factors.
- Propose, develop and conduct the Marketing program of assigned products.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities to promote company brand and corporate identity such as trade shows, advertisement, digital marketing, internal brand engagement, organize sales support and other PR events done properly and at high quality.
- Follow up and analyze the development of the assigned products and propose suitable programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, propose improvements, and adjust strategies according to market requirements.
- Ensure the quality of communication in solving customer’s problems as well as answering offers and enquiries for them.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Oversee the company marketing budget.
- Manage orders and cost control in sale margin.
- Train and develop the quality of marketing staff.
- Plan and implement internal marketing for talents recruitment.
- Perform other related duties as required under the direction of CEO.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in marketing and branding, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar managerial position for large FMCG companies.
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English (study abroad is preferred);
- Strong analytical skills with data driven analysis. Highly proficient Microsoft Office (a plus if have used or experienced in any dashboard or reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI,…)
- Familiarity with effective marketing and advertising methods. Strong at brand management, consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge.
- Understanding of the corporate industry and domestic market trends.
- Capable of communicating clearly to different depts and BU within the company;
- Creative thinking, strategic mindset, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Highly flexible/open-minded, resourceful and practical.
