Our client, a prestigious Golf Course and Golf Academy, is seeking talented individuals to join their team. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will lead the charge in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive membership growth.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase membership.
• Manage and oversee all marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
• Ensure all marketing efforts align with the academy’s goals and maintain high-quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with the events team to promote golf tournaments, clinics, and other academy programs.
• Manage relationships with media, partners, and sponsors to maximize exposure and opportunities.
• Provide leadership and training to the marketing team, fostering a motivated and creative work environment.
• Cooperate with other departments to ensure consistent communication and branding across all platforms.

Requirements and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the fitness, sports or golf industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and strategic planning.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
