• Maintain a detailed content calendar featuring key themes such as employee success stories, company milestones, and workplace highlights.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written pieces tailored for various platforms.
• Continuously refine social media strategies using data-driven insights to optimize engagement and audience reach.

Media & Public Relations

• Enhance Everfit’s visibility in Vietnam by building strong relationships with local and regional media outlets.
• Create high-quality publications, securing interviews with Everfit’s co-founders and leadership to highlight company achievements and innovations.
• Develop key narratives that showcase Everfit’s mission, innovation, the intersection of Silicon Valley innovation and Vietnam’s talent landscape, and work culture within the tech and startup ecosystem.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and regional newspapers and online publications to secure media coverage and highlight Everfit’s unique value propositions

Content Creation & Storytelling

• Craft compelling brand stories, messaging, and scripts that resonate with Everfit’s target audience.
• Plan and create engaging video content, including employee testimonials, office tours, leadership messages, and startup community collaborations.
• Ensure all content aligns with Everfit’s brand identity, values, and employer branding goals.

Community Engagement & Networking

• Strengthen Everfit’s connection with Vietnam’s startup community by organizing and participating in networking events, industry talks, and employer branding initiatives.
• Explore strategic collaborations with universities, tech incubators, and relevant organizations to enhance brand awareness.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

• Define and monitor KPIs such as social media engagement, content reach, media mentions, and talent attraction metrics.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of branding efforts and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
