Evolve Wellness Center is seeking Spa Consultants to join our team in a five-star hotel environment in Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang. We welcome professionals who are passionate about building a long-term career in the premium wellness industry.

• Provide professional consultation on spa and wellness services tailored to clients’ needs

• Support clients before, during, and after their service experience

• Manage appointments and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure excellent customer experience

• Plan personal workflow and contribute to customer care strategies

• Perform assigned administrative tasks as required

• Good English communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

• Strong planning and organizational abilities

• Experience in customer service, spa, hospitality, or related service industries is preferred

• Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility
