About The Opportunity

Support all DET back end processes and crucial trip documentation in order to ensure cli-ents expectations are met and our community leaders and tourguides have the preparation they need. Prepare admin tasks for tour such as welcome board, first-aid kit, refillable bottle, hiking kit, H & S audits and checks, extra stationary needed for the programs to run smoothly.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Review guide assignment weekly and prepare tour document for guides and leaders.
• Extract itinerary, cash advance form from system.
• Print all documents and hand over to Touring Team Leader.
• Prepare admin needed for tour such as refillable bottles, eco-napkin, First-aid kit, hiking kits.
• Support Educational Travel Specialists with bookings where required
• Liaise with local Reservation and Operation teams where required.
• Support Educational Travel Specialists in customer service task such as welcome call, incident report, emergency support to customer.
  
  

About You

• Fluent in written and verbal in both national language and English;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications;
• High attention to detail;
• Excellent communicator to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders).
• Outstanding communication skills with strong customer care focus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and implementing change when needed.
• Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks and able to work outside office hours when required.
• Solution focused and great at problem solving.
