We are looking for a Marketing and Communication Executive to join us.

Position Overview

FVA is seeking a Marketing and Communication Executive to support the company’s strategic growth and brand development. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about architecture, design, and communication.

Main Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Board of Directors and design teams (architects & interior designers)
• Manage daily content and engagement across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)
• Develop and execute marketing strategies across online and offline channels
• Coordinate photoshoots of completed projects
• Work with Graphic Designer to draft and finalize design fee proposals for new clients
• Update company profile, portfolio, and client database quarterly
• Communicate FVA’s services effectively to new and existing clients
• Assist with tender documentation and coordination with technical teams
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in marketing within Content and Social Media
• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
• Strong understanding of social media
• Highly organized, creative, and adaptable
• Passion for architecture and design is essential
