Position Overview:
The Leasing Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the leasing operations of our industrial centres. This position involves administrative coordination of lease agreements, tenant communications, and collaboration with Tenant experience, Estate management and Finance & accounting teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in real estate or leasing administration.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and process industrial lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease records, abstracts, and tenant files.
• Monitor lease expiration dates and notify relevant parties for renewals or negotiations.
• Make all weekly and monthly reports accurately & timely (rent rolls, leasing updates, market updates, commission reports).
• Play as a team to resolve arising problems to ensure accurate documents; control signing progress of leasing documents to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with Marketing Team and vendors to execute marketing plans and strategies to support leasing activities including events, marketing collaterals, etc.
• Collaborate with third-party brokers, legal counsel, and government agencies when necessary.
• Build database of leasing pipeline and conduct data analysis.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency.
• Complete all tasks/ assignments from Direct Supervisor, Respective Asset Managers and Senior Management on time.
• Work on SAP (upload, key-in data, contracts, conditions, etc).Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience (preferred real estate market research, investment or finance background).
• Tertiary degree in any field.
• Proficiency in English, good copy-writing skill, another language is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer software, especially in ppt & excel.
• Excellent communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
• Good planning & problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork player & fast learner to understand real estate industry & the projects.Thưởng
