Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage digital accounting documents.

• Record transactions accurately in the accounting software (Xero).

• Follow up and communicate with clients on accounting-related matters.

• Support senior accountants and managers with assigned tasks.

• Perform core accounting duties:

  • Data entry

  • Data checking

  • Bookkeeping

  • Support for internal audit and financial reports

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or Taxation.
   

• Recent graduates or candidates with under 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
   

Experience

• Experience is not required.
   

• Preference given to candidates who:
   

  • Are familiar with XERO or similar cloud-based accounting platforms
     

  • Have basic knowledge of international accounting practices (Singapore, Australia, etc.)
     

  • Possess LCCI certification or are studying ACCA (or equivalent)
     

Skills

• Understanding of accounting principles and procedures
   

• Good command of English (written & spoken)
   

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PDF tools
