JOB MISSION
The VM Specialist will co-work with TW VM team to create and design graphic material, as well as marketing event decoration support.
JOB DESCRIPTION
─ Aligning with Asia HQ guideline and create appealing visual displays, window displays, signs and special in-store promotions display to attract customer.
─ Working with Asia visual merchandising management to conduct and leverage the global materials into regional market.
─ Responsible for POSM & Glorifier design development from end to end. From developing the design concept to implementation.
─ Creating and designing graphic materials for the use in advertising or social media to support marketing communications.
─ Leveraging official assets to create 3D channel plans and review technical drawings.
─ Developing visual merchandising plan and planogram for channel display according to different channel types and products.
─ Responsible for managing overall project schedule and make sure all activations meet the deadline.
─ Liaise with suppliers and monitor costs to complete the work within budget.
─ Act in alignment with the organisation’s culture, products, image and target market.
─ Understand marketing trends and target audience preferences in related markets.

REQUIREMENT
─ Relevant working experience for 3+ years.
─ Software: Sketchup, Adobe AI, Adobe PS, Adobe ID
─ Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
─ Proficiency in Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools.
─ Creative and innovative thinker.
─ Passionate in sports in preferred.
─ Fluent in English.
