Warehouse

Þ Organize and manage the warehouses including raw materials, blanks, and finished products.

Þ Manage and supervise all Workers, Storeroom Keepers, and Quality Control staff in the Warehousing Section.

Þ Maintain an ongoing and updated accounting of all stocks including raw materials, blanks, and finished products, and report as requested by the Production Manager.

Þ Ensure the control and security of all warehouses and their stocks.

Þ Organize and direct a quality control inspection of all incoming materials prior to stocking, reporting all results to the Production Manager.

Þ Compile and submit a quality control report for all inspections.

Þ Organize a physical inventory of all stocks as directed by the Production Manager.

Þ Organize and manage the packing of all shipments and deliver the related packing list as directed.

Þ Ensure good housekeeping of the warehouses and comply with all safety standards.

QC

Þ Setup the standard for raw materials/blanks/components and finished products.

Þ Setup the Customer standard when they want higher than local standard.

Þ Training for all quality staff & selection workers to know well the standard.

Þ Arrange the people to meet with the planning for selection/packing/shipping to ship on time as shipment plan.

Þ Carrying out other tasks according to the requests of the Production Manager.
