You will be mainly responsible for the needs analysis, planning and implementing of corporate level learning activities, as well as leading the design and implementation of Management Trainee program as program manager role. You will also play an important role in design & deploy other leadership development initiatives based on talent strategy.

In Three Months
- Learn the organization, people, culture and process
- Implement soft skill and leadership workshops as per GroupM training calendar with the support of training administrator
- Learn the detail practice of Management Trainee program and build relationships with MDs and all related program stakeholders
- Support the design and deploy of other leadership development initiatives
- Started to build trusted relationship with key stakeholders (Talent Directors, HR BPs, Regional L&D, Internal trainers, External vendors, Senior biz leaders)
- Implement the Management Trainee program with milestone success
- Conduct the learning needs analysis with the support of HR BPs and create annual learning plan with prioritized offerings based on needs and budget
- Be able to deliver soft skill/leadership workshops.
- Be able to understand and transfer business needs into workable L&D initiatives.
- You will have developed close & trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Successfully delivery the Management Trainee program and other leadership dev programs
- Implement the media/ soft skill/ leadership training activities based on annual learning plan by leveraging internal and external trainer resources
- Lead the design and implementation of Management Trainee program and other learning initiatives as PM role
- Interview key stakeholders to collect the training/development needs which can be supported at GroupM level
- Create yearly training plan within budget to support the defined training needs
- Support on the design/deploy of other leadership development initiatives
- Deliver training workshops for the topics he/she has been certified
- Support our internal trainers to deliver GroupM level training workshops
- Support HRBP on implementing agency/function level training
- Evaluate external vendor, negotiate and leverage for cost advantage
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all training activities by establishing benchmarks
- Maintain the training database for GroupM Indonesia with regular update
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5+ years of HR working experience including 3+ years of L&D experience in identifying training need, providing training solutions, and implementing in-house training programs
- Strong at learning project mgmt. and learning program design/implementation
- Strong at learning consulting, influencing and training facilitation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to build good relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent in both verbal and written English
- Willing to be involved in a variety of tasks from high level strategic to routine tasks
- Proactive, results oriented, customer focused, good team player, adaptable and accountable
- Passionate for developing people
