We are looking for a experienced Technical BA to improve our information technology systems with duties include developing software programs to improve our business operations

*** Roles and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate experience and creativity in system development and application design
- Performing system analyzes on software programs, applications, and web services
- Analyzing and improving the performance of web-based customer portals and support services
- Create and execute testing plans and coordinate both the System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Test.
- Identify obstacles, proactively mitigate risks and escalate issues to be resolved effectively.
- Evaluate the data requested and channel the requests to relevant applications team for extraction.
- Work with a variety of different departments (stakeholders) within the bank to gather information to determine the requirements, and give a report to the stakeholders on how the organization can improve its operations.
- Work closely with the technology team to articulate business requirements and translate into technical specifications.
- Support in the Business-As-Usual activities and ensure that users requirements and requests are delivered timely, accurately and successfully.
