- Guest Service Excellence: Provide exceptional and personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Food and Beverage Service: Present the menu, take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide recommendations as needed. Ensure food and beverages are presented according to the resort’s high standards.
- Anticipating Needs: Anticipate the preferences and needs of VIP guests, offering proactive and attentive service to create a memorable experience.
- Customized Experiences: Understand and remember the preferences of returning VIP guests, creating a personalized service that reflects their individual tastes and desires.
- Private Events and Functions: Assist with planning and executing private events, parties, and banquets for VIP guests, including menu selection, setup, and coordination with other resort staff.
- Communication: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of orders. Communicate guest preferences or special requests to the appropriate departments.
- Guest Interaction: Build relationships with VIP guests, ensuring that their needs are met and that any issues or concerns are handled promptly and professionally.
- Upselling and Promotions: Promote the resort's food and beverage offerings, including special menus, wine pairings, and premium items, with a focus on enhancing the VIP guest experience.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the VIP areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained, following resort standards.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of VIP guests' information and preferences.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a server in a luxury hotel or resort, preferably in a VIP or exclusive setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wines, cocktails, and fine dining etiquette.
- Appearance: Impeccable grooming and professional appearance at all times.
- Customer Service: Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by guest needs and resort schedule.
