What we offer:
· Monitor daily activities in Factory to maintain smoothly operation & adapt production schedule on time.
· Control & monitor KPI.
· 5S, waste control followed standard requirement.
· Production cost control & initiate for cost saving, continuous improvement.
· Regularly supervise and remind operators to follow Legal/SHE/SOP requirement.
· Immediately report to Superior and SHE department if any SHE issues, accidents in the area.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
What we are looking for:
· Bachelor’s Degree in chemical / mechanical engineering.
· At least 5 years working experience with 2-3 years in supervisor level.
· Has been working experience in chemical industry is highly preferred.
· Good command in English.
· Willing to be based in Bien Hoa.
