RESPONSIBILITIES
According to the assignment from Business development Manager, you’re expected to participate in activities that contribute to delivering company’s services to acquired clients. The activities include but do not limit to:
Follow up with paperwork, quotation & payment
● Be responsible for the on- time paperwork (campaign report, liquidation, invoice, contracts, quotation) according to templates provided by the manager.
● Other requirements from the Business Development Manager (sourcing potential leads, designing files, basic tasks in account management, etc)
● Source, connect, propose suitable vendors to provide quotation for services such as: designing, seeding, content writing,...
● Tracking due payments and taking needed actions to clients when the payment is overdue.
Attend occasional client meetings (offline or online) and provide meeting notes afterward
Report to Business Development Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Skills:
● Paperwork handling: know how to use Microsoft Office, and organize files, folders, and information.
Task management: know how to organize assigned tasks and get tasks done by importance & deadlines.
Basic design skills: know how to design files, and presentations at a basic level.
● Communication: know how to use communication tools like emails, google chat, viber, zalo
Mindset:
Details oriented in everything you involved.
Eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and persistent to reach targets, even in difficult situations.
Get things done mindset, a high level of ownership in your assignments.
Enjoy marketing, preferably social and influencer.

LOCATION AND WORKING TIME
● Working time: 2 options of 9:00- 12:00 or 13:00- 16:00, from Monday to Friday (can do 2 sessions on 1 day)
