Mô Tả Công Việc
• Manage & Develop an outbound call center for 5 star hotel loyalty programs
• Recruit and train new sales staffs based on criteria agreed upon by management
• Continuously create new ideas and programs to motivate staff to accomplish weekly target
• Develop sales strategies and provide leadership towards the achievement of sales target
• Be responsible for telemarketer’s weekly performance and meet company expectation
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager.

• Be responsible for telemarketer’s weekly performance and meet company expectation
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proven sales track record
• Minimum 2 years holding similar managerial position (Sales Manager or relevant)
• Graduate University and above
• 28 years old and above
• Excellent communication skill
• Result driven with a positive attitude mindset
• Can work under great pressure
• Background in hospitality industry is a plus!

• Attractive Salary up to 60,000,000 VND (plus Social Insurance & 13th month salary)

• Salary review based on actual performance
• Opportunity to build up your expertise through coaching, sales skills and training sessions
• Working time: 8:30 – 17:30 (1 hour lunch break, Saturday work half day)
• Proven sales track record
• Minimum 2 years holding similar managerial position (Sales Manager or relevant)
