Job Description:

• Seek and approach customers in need of domestic and international export-import transportation services.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with other departments in the company to offer sales proposals.
• Provide quotations, negotiate with customers regarding products, pricing, payments, and close deals.
• Organize face-to-face meetings to introduce the company's transport services to customers.
• Maintain relationships with current customers and build new business relationships.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: College degree or higher in Economics/Foreign Trade/Logistics/Transportation/Import-Export or related fields.
• Language proficiency: Conversational English.
• At least 6 months of experience in Sales/Business Development/Sales Consulting.
• Passion for sales, driven by the desire to earn money and increase income.
• Proactive, dynamic, and creative in work.
• Confident in communication, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Willing to overcome challenges, eager to learn, and have a growth mindset.
• Ability to start as soon as required by the company.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM). Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
