Mô tả công việc
- In charge of sourcing candidates for the sales team's body shop projects
- Manage contract documents, invoices... and procedures related to the Sales department
- Prepare sales, revenue, and debt reports by day, week, month, quarter, and year for Sales Department Manager
- Support the Sales department in managing customer and candidate lists according to instructions
- Reports arising at the request of the Sales department
- Control revenue and debt
- Contact customers to complete acceptance records of contract liquidation, issue invoices to customers, finalize contracts,...
- Monitor, urge and report debt collection from customers, ensuring safe and accurate debt collection data
- Carry out internal admin/accounting tasks that arise, if any, within the scope of work in charge.
Yêu cầu công việc
- BA/BS degree in Marketing/Business administration or relatedcurriculum
- From 1year of experience in Sales position or similar role (focusing on Body shop)\
- Female candidate is preferred
- Familiar with working processes in IT Outsourcing companies
- Havingnetwork with ITO companies in the country
- Having knowledge about handling the paperworkprocess and body shop working process
- Agile, active, knows how to evoke stories
- Meticulous about numbers, carefully
- Ability to communicate fluently in English (Knowing Japanese is a plus)
