• Sourcing suitable candidates based on requirements for non-technical and technical candidates
• Prepare candidate pools/database to adapt with annual recruitment needs of respective functions
• Be actively involved in communication with candidates during the recruitment process
• Proactively promote the company’s work environment and career opportunities on social media and other networks (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc.)
• Support the successful recruitment and onboarding of new staff and responsible for full employee lifecycle
• Support various key HR projects
• Follow up outsourced staff
• Collaborate in the development of active hiring approaches using headhunting methods to enhance team efficiency on the matter
• Conduct surveys and update the recruitment status in the market

• 3years experience in recruitment in the IT industry
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition or HR-related fields
• Attention to detail, follow-up, and excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility and willingness to tackle a wide variety of projects in an ever-changing startup environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resource management, or other related fields
• Strong ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
• High responsibility at work

• Salary range: Upto 16M
• 13th month salary
