We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our passionate team at Red Kite Launchpad. As a key player in the exciting world of Web3, you will be responsible for driving innovative marketing strategies that elevate our brand, engage our community, and support the success of upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the goals of the launchpad and upcoming projects.
• Community Engagement: Foster and grow our community through engaging content, social media interactions, and strategic partnerships.
• Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring effectiveness and ROI.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates, to communicate key messages and updates.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, AMAs, and other activities to enhance community involvement and project visibility.
• Collaboration with Projects: Work closely with upcoming projects to understand their unique value propositions and develop tailored marketing strategies.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance, community growth, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketingor a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing roles within the blockchain, crypto, or Web3 space (from 3 years experience).
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
• Demonstrated success in community building and engagement.
• Proficiency in utilizing various marketing tools and platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
