Mô tả công việc
- Participate in research ideas and design Game Design Documents for Hybrid Casual games.
- Collaborate with the Developer and Artist teams to develop and refine game ideas.
- Analyze metrics, evaluate, and optimize to make appropriate adjustments.
- Explore and research new game ideas, market trends, and user gaming behaviors.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Passionate about and love gaming.
- Experienced in designing multiple games (having games scaled to >5M+ is an advantage).
- Knowledgeable about the gaming market and various game genres.
- Experienced in playing many idle arcade and idle tycoon games.
- Prior experience in developing idle games is an advantage.
- Proficient in using Figma and Photoshop.
- Able to create diagrams for game core loop, economy, game flow, etc.
- Proactive in all tasks.
- Quick learner, good communication skills.
