Position: IT Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy, proactive IT Project Coordinator who can self-manage, communicate effectively across teams, and understand both business requirements and technical contexts. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth project execution by connecting teams (Marketing, Sales, Development) and maintaining alignment on goals, deadlines, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO/Project Manager to gather, clarify, and analyze project requirements and business expectations.
• Take ownership of project tracking, monitor key milestones, and proactively follow up on progress.
• Identify potential risks or blockers and escalate them promptly to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Draft requirement documents, user stories, specifications, and project-related documentation.
• Create basic wireframes or product flow diagrams to support clarity in product development.
• Regularly provide project status reports, highlight risks or delays, and propose data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the software/technology sector.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is a big plus.
• Ability to self-manage, organize tasks effectively, and work independently without constant supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to understand system logic and translate business requirements into technical language.
• Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion, Confluence).
• Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) is a strong advantage.
• Technical background or hands-on experience in tech environments is a big plus, especially with AI or HRM products.
