We are looking for Project manager position for our software applications. Your main responsibility will be:

• Work directly with customers to clarify requirement, make project plan and manage project progress


• Manage project activities for multiple projects and requests across all management phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.


• Ensure software development standards and practices are followed. Identify and resolve risks, issues and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle


• Discuss with Vietnamese team & negotiate with other teams about the project progress to give the best quality service and follow the deadline;


• Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them with valid and constructive feedback, supportive and professional mentoring;


• Lead the Project team in design methods and principles, adopting a standard for issue and risk management as well as the management of the product backlog and inventor.

Must have

• Strong communication in English


• Experience 3 years as Project Management/ Team Management


• Having technical background


• Experienced in US market


• Experienced with outsourcing company model


• Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology, processes, and practices


• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution and management skills


• Strong knowledge of project management practices: budgeting (estimation), planning, monitoring and control, quality management and communication.


• Proven ability to solve problems creatively


• Excellent analytical skills


• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful


• The ability to lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team

Nice to have:

• Strong knowledge of various software development practices such as Agile, XP, LEAN and DevOps. Jira/Confluence experience is preferred.


• International education and/or experience working abroad is considered a strong asset (as most of our customers are based outside of Vietnam).


• Experience with at least one of programming languages/framework such as React Native/ReactJS/Java Spring/NodeJS


• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, CSP, PSM II) is an advantage


• Well-organized, capable of performing multiple tasks, able to work under high pressure


• Be happy to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues.
