Chief Operating Officer

We're searching for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who has strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. The COO will lead our development team in an efficient, productive, and high quality.

The COO will manage heads of department in daily activities to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate should have experience in tech & retail industry or similar industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the CEO & CTO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels.

• Collaborate with CEO and CTO in managing daily operational activities such as: sales, customer care, recruitment, human resources, applying technology solutions to increase the working efficiency of each department board as well as the entire company

• Propose and implement business plans and strategies in accordance with short-term and long-term goals approved by the Board of Directors and CEO

• Make strategy into concrete actions, set goals across the organization, manage performance and plan annual activities

• Ensure compliance with business regulations according to the law

• Manage expenses and investments to ensure the company achieves investor growth and profitability goals

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders

• Oversee product/project development, quality, and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.

• Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.

• Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.

● Energetic, smart, positive and “will-do” attitude;

● 5+ years of relevant experience in executive leadership roles or related positions roles in the IT domain

● Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

● Understanding of IT product/service development process and operation

● Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics

● Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues

● Business ENGLISH (good)

● Salary: 50.000.000 - 75.000.000 VNDNET per month (Negotiable)
