• Plans, develops new systems/application and upgrade, maintain current systems, tests, and documents computer programs,
• Applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems: Evaluates user request for new or modified program.
• Statistical study of traffic patterns, or analyzing and developing specifications for bridge design, to determine feasibility, cost and time required compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities
• Consults with user to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives.
• Reads manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to learn ways to develop programs that meet user requirements.
• Analyze the business need and impact of new products and services on the system and suggest solutions. Supervise User Requirements, Business Analysts and Program Developers in daily operations and specific projects.
• Formulates plan outlining steps required to develop program, using structured analysis and design
• Writes documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections
• Analyzes, reviews, and alters program to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements

1. More than 5years of IT development experience and more than 3years of development experience in Insurance or finance or security or banking and a deep understanding of these industries

2. Over 5 years of experience in Java web development, information architecture, and related concepts and technologies, with a focus on Java framework (Strut2, Java Spring Boots, Java Spring MVC..)

3. At least 2 years playing the role of project management, project leader, or project technical leader. Having the experience to manage multiple project teams at the same time is an advantage.

4. Over 3 years of experience in Web services development (REST/SOAP).

5. Over 3 years experiences in Front End development with CSS3, HTML/ HTML5, Bootstrap, JS, Jquery…

6. Have knowledge of Java technologies like Java framework like Spring Boots/ Spring MVC/Hibernate/Strut2…

7. More experience in development with MVC Model, DDD (domain-driven design) model…

8. More than05 years working with Database Oracle/MS SQL in Database Design and Database development.

9. Understanding and used to deploy middleware systems like Message Queue, Cache, Log, and API Gateway is plus.
