1. General mission:
- FOM will be directly in charge of the overall Front Office.
- Reporting directly to Room Division Manager.
- Take the initiative to provide opinions and viewpoints, and always look for ways to improve the quality and reduce the difficulties in the operation of the Reception team, ensuring that the tasks are understood and executed correctly
2. Supervision & Controls
- The supervision of the FOM covers the overall Front Office and must be oriented on the following topics:
+ To ensure the overall co-ordination of the Front Office Operations and to assist all sections of the Front Office department.
+ Responsible to keep all FO standards and procedures in line with the hotel policy.
+ To ensure the proper follow up of the room requests & co-ordination with housekeeping regarding the priorities in room cleaning.
+ Responsible to ensure that all Financial and Audit Procedures are respected.
+ Will ensure that the immigration registration is done fully as per procedures established.
+ To motivate all the staff regarding the selling and upselling programmes, and to make sure that the rates given are matching with the instructions received. To do the proper controls as per procedures established
3.Recruitment
- Planning the recruitment and coordinate with Human Resources Department to implement that plan to ensure the department always has the necessary personnel.
- Directly participate in the process of interviewing, selecting and negotiating benefits for new staff.
4. Training and fostering of personnel
- Planning and organizing the implementation of training courses, professional training for staff in the department
- Assignment of training, professional training for new staff of the department
5. To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties or job functions as required by Management

Yêu cầu công việc: Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Reception/Hotel and Tourism Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at 4-5 star hotels or resorts.
- Proficient in English; knowing an additional language is an advantage.
- Skilled in using office software and hotel management software systems.
- Good understanding of tourism-hospitality culture and services.
- Strong skills in handling complex situations, addressing complaints in a professional and effective manner.
- Supervisory and time management skills.
