About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator or TA Admin to support our growing recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment administration, data tracking, and coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in the recruitment process by coordinating and managing administrative tasks.

• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all candidate data is accurately recorded and tracked.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of recruitment reports and dashboards for internal tracking and analysis.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

• Monitor and track recruitment KPIs, ensuring targets such as candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates are met.

• Prepare and manage all recruitment-related documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and candidate communications.

• Support with onboarding tasks and assist in organizing the necessary documentation for new hires.

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates, including conducting initial phone screenings.

• Handle candidate inquiries, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• Strong experience with data tracking, reporting, and using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar recruitment software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with candidates and hiring managers professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Experience with recruitment metrics and performance tracking is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field is preferred.
