As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment life cycle, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition. Your expertise in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates will be instrumental in identifying top talent and building a strong talent pipeline. Your ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment is essential for success.

Working location: Bangkok, Thailand.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process and beyond.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide insights and guidance to hiring managers.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges.
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ YOEs as a Talent Acquisition recruiting Back office
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to secure top talent while maintaining a win-win approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
