Job Description:
We are looking for energetic engineers with advanced and high- speed digital hardware design with PCB layout experience.
Candidates is expected to design and support network products. PCB layout experience is required.
TMA is looking for Mid to Senior level Hardware engineer/CAD designer to work in our Hardware Engineering dept.
Responsibility will include hardware circuit design, PCB layout, managing the project through development phase to production release.

Responsibilities:

Execute project through development phases from proto, qualification, production release
Execute hardware development process in engineering change in PDM
PCB layout with different materials for high speed signals
Electronic hardware design in digital and analog circuits for Network equipment
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hardware product requirement
Sustain and support production products.
Provide input and review hardware qualification requirement
Hardware bring up, debug and analysis

Required Skills:

Experience in executing hardware ODM/OEM hardware development projects that are executed offshore at OEM/ODM facilities in APAC region.
Experience in high- speed circuit design in network communication is a plus
Bachelor’s in electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
Excellent communication skills
Experience and understanding of networking products are a plus
PCB layout experience, knowledge with Mentor Expedition is a plus
