Mô tả Công việc
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and expand market presence.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts
- Develop a deep understanding of e-commerce logistics operations & actively identify operational issues
- Benchmark and understand critical success factors/challenges of logistics offerings from e-commerce and logistics companies Completing the contract and payment procedures with Key Account partners
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects in cross-functional teams to ensure the projects are going in the right direction within the targeted timeline
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 2+ years of experience with proven business impact
- Great attention to detail, excellent data sense, and communication skills with different stakeholders with experience in project management
- Ability to draw up project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline
- Ability to structure issues, define problem statements, and corresponding hypothesis/analytical direction, before presenting to relevant stakeholders in a user-centric manner
- Strong business acumen with experience in business development and customer relationship management
