Position Overview

We are a pioneering Web3 company offering innovative products, including a crypto wallet, investment, and a chat/social platform enhanced by AI.

We are looking for a creative and talented UI/UX Designer to craft seamless and intuitive user experiences across our product suite. You will work closely with the development team to design interfaces, optimize user journeys, and contribute to creating breakthrough products.

What you’ll be doing:

Design & User Experience:

• Create intuitive UI/UX designs for blockchain products, including web apps and dApps.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs that ensure consistency and high aesthetic quality.

Collaboration & Implementation:

• Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, and Project Managers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Adapt designs swiftly in response to unexpected changes from evolution of the Web3 market.

User Experience Optimization:

• Conduct user research, usability tests, and analyze analytics to continuously improve UX.
• Develop and refine the design process by integrating user feedback to enhance the overall customer journey.

Innovation & Trend Adoption:

• Research and apply the latest UI/UX trends, particularly within the Web3 and AI space.
• Create micro-interactions, animations, and motion designs to boost engagement and user satisfaction.
• Design AI-integrated experiences that enhance communication and connectivity.

Security & Transparency:

• Design UX solutions that emphasize secure transactions for wallet and Defi products, including clear security alerts and phishing prevention measures.
• Ensure transparency in blockchain transactions to prevent users from accidentally performing unwanted actions.

Specialized Product UI/UX:

• Craft onboarding experiences specifically for Web3 users to simplify crypto adoption.
• Optimize the UX for blockchain transactions (gas fees, crypto wallets, multi-chain experiences).
• Design UI/UX for DeFi, NFT, and DAO products (token swaps, staking, etc.)

You have:

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on digital products.
• Prior experience designing blockchain/Web3 products is a major plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
• Experience with animation/motion design tools (Lottie, After Effects, GSAP).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or an understanding of UI implementation via ReactJS is advantageous.

Web3 & AI Knowledge:

• Familiarity with the user flows for crypto wallets, monetization, and related blockchain products.
• Experience with chat/social platforms, especially those incorporating AI features (e.g., chatbots, AI-driven interactions).
• Deep understanding of Web3 UX elements like onboarding, gas fee UX, and multi-chain experiences.
• Ability to research and apply UI/UX trends in Web3 (dark mode, gamification, social-driven UX, etc.)

Adaptability & Soft Skills:

• Ability to adapt to unexpected changes from market trends in Web3.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to clearly present ideas.
