We’re looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to oversee the execution of these innovative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives.

Role Overview

As the Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects across gaming, blockchain, and advertising technology. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is passionate about driving the successful delivery of impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Team Coordination

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Facilitate regular team meetings, track progress, and address roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment.

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
• Monitor project progress and implement contingency plans when necessary.

Communication & Reporting

• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key achievements and areas of improvement.

Process Improvement

• Continuously refine project management processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Introduce tools and methodologies to streamline project tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

Skills

• Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal) for clear collaboration with teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methods (e.g., Agile).
• Problem-solving skills to address risks and challenges.

Knowledge

• Basic understanding of tech and web3 development processes (gaming, blockchain, or ads is a plus)
