PASHA

• Coordinates and arranges activities according to the Executive Chef’s requirements.
• Arranges appointments and meetings for the Executive Chef, recording the same in his diary and ensuring that he has the appropriate documentation for each appointment.
• Attends all Food & Beverage meetings, takes the minutes of such meetings accurately, transcribing and circulating to appropriate personnel.
• Compiles daily revenue and log reports from all venues for the Executive Chef’s perusal.
• To liaise with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef and assist them in their duties.
• Assess priorities of work and wherever possible, assist in organizing the Executive Chef’s priorities.
• Ensure all office equipment is functioning and serviced regularly.
• Ensures a high level of organization and cleanliness in the work area.

Education:

A University degree, college certificate or secretarial training in a vocational school or an Educational Institution.

Experience:

A minimum of two years working experience in a similar capacity

1. Proficient in written and spoken English;

2. Good Computer knowledge and ability to use a variety of software packages

3. Word-processing, and Spreadsheet skills

4. Good Translation capability

5. Fast and accurate typing skills.

6. Communication Skill
