• A system of studio rentals and event venues in District 7 and District 4, Ho Chi Minh City.
• Provides set design production services for TVC, MV, photography, livestream, and event projects.
• Offers comprehensive event organization, production, and decoration services.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives in the agency industry (livestream, events, set design, entertainment) for short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals.
• Manage recruitment, training, and workforce development programs to ensure the company has the right talent.
• Establish HR processes and policies, including compensation, benefits, and employee incentive programs.
• Build and maintain a strong corporate culture.
• Lead change management initiatives by proposing and driving HR strategies and solutions that enhance company performance.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance using KPIs and a structured Performance Management System to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and adhere to state HR policies, maintaining legal and ethical standards.
• Design, develop effective HR succession planning programs to secure talent continuity and organizational stability.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in HR management, with experience in agencies or the entertainment industry being an advantage and including at least 3 years in the same role.
• Deep understanding of HR management, HR strategies, and change management.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities to achieve high performance.
• Ability to handle HR challenges flexibly and coherently in a creative agency environment.
• Strategic thinking and data analysis skills.
• Holding the certifications such as SHRM, PHR, or GPHR is a plus.
